Meet Kaylie:

Hi! I’m Kaylie, a mama passionate about sharing the joys and benefits of an active life. I’m wife to my biggest supporter, Jeremy, and Mama to 2 pretty cute kids, Liam and Summer.

I have seen and experienced the value of living an active and fit lifestyle in many different seasons of life and I want to share that with others who don’t know where to start, are overwhelmed, or maybe just need little encouragement!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Pre-and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist and I know the struggle of trying to fit in workouts while tired and pregnant or while babies nap or when dishes or work pile high, but I’ve also seen the huge benefits—physical, mental, emotional— of pressing on and being consistent in staying active in all of those seasons.

I believe that prioritizing your physical and mental health has lasting benefits and empowers you to live the life God has given you to its fullest!

Meet Riley:

Howdy! My name is Riley Lee. I’m a wife to Matthew and mama to our 18 month old daughter, Sunny. I graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Dietetics and have been an athlete my entire life. Growing up, I played Basketball, ran Track/Cross Country and was always voted “most competitive”. 

Going into college, I made the hard decision to not run at Dallas Baptist University and found CrossFit. Since then, I’ve loved all types of fitness. I’ve competed in CrossFit competitions, completed an Ironman Triathlon, run a sub 3:30 marathon and now am training for a 100 mile ultra race. Through it all, I’ve loved encouraging others to enjoy the process of training and seeing how the Lord molds your heart and mind through it. 

The Lord has used fitness to help me overcome so many obstacles in my life, and I love sharing this passion with others. I’m especially excited to be part of the FiT 4:8 team and encourage women to be all that God created them to be.
